In this Privacy Policy, the term “you” and “your” refers to our customer, the subscriber of Churn360 software. We take your privacy very seriously. Kindly read this privacy policy carefully as it contains valuable information about what to expect when we collect personal information about you or about your own customers and how we will use this personal data. This policy also applies to information we collect about visitors to our website at https://www.churn360.com/, people whose companies do business with us or register for use of our software or our services and people who are subscribe to services provided by you (together referred to in this policy as “our service”).

About Churn360

Churn360 is software platform that is designed to help business to business companies successfully reduce their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription attrition, often referred to as customer churn. For the software to function as designed, it relies on integrating with other 3rd party customer relationship management and customer support tools, including and without limitation the following services:

Once connected, Churn360 employs Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to analyses the data sources and bring them together to provide a single, harmonised view of customer interactions. This allows Customer Success Managers to rely on one platform to gain insight into their own customer’s behaviour, without the need to interrogate multiple different data sources.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Churn360’s use and transfer, to any other app, of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Churn360 App does not allow humans to read any data unless we have your explicit agreement to do so for specific messages and doing so is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for Churn360’s internal operations and even then, only when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

AI API Services User Data Policy

All our AI features uses third party AI tools including OpenAI and your data will be sent to them to get the responses via API. However, OpenAI will not use data submitted via API for training or improvement purpose. Any data sent through the API will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless otherwise required by law)

By agreeing to this you will be accepting the open AI’s data usage policy as well.

The information we collect about you

When you or your company registers for our service, we collect the following personal information from you:

  • Name
  • Postal address, email address, telephone number and the commercial entity you work for;
  • Your customer’s name and their postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers and the names of the commercial entities they work for.

How we will use the information about you

By registering via the online form page and providing the information in this form, or providing your personal information via other channels like chats and emails, you consent to Integration360’s collection and storage of your personal information provided. When you complete this Registration Form, you understand and agree that Integration360 may process and share your Personal Information that you provide for the following purposes:

  • To grant you access to services and solutions offered by Integration360
  • To send you emails, promotions, and marketing materials related to Integration360 products, events, activities, and offerings
  • To be contacted by a Integration360 sales person
  • To send you information about the products and services that you have purchased from us or other product offerings from the company.
  • To authorize the transfer of your Personal Information to Integration360 authorized third parties for the purpose of delivering Integration360’s services and solutions to you and for direct marketing purposes.
  • To provide you content and venue details on a webinar or event you signed up for.
  • To reply to an email or other web forms/chats you have initiated and/or submitted
  • To perform contractual obligations such as order confirmation, license details, invoice, reminders, and similar. The contract may be with Integration360 directly or with a Integration360 partner
  • To contact you to conduct surveys about your opinion on our products and services.
  • To provide a response to any support service request from you.

How we will use the information about your customers

By subscribing to the Churn360 service, we will use your customer data for the purpose of determining how they use your products and services so that you can track and manage their behaviour, determine their propensity to buy services, better market your products and services to them, notify them of new features and releases, understand the extent to which they are satisfied with the services you are offering them, respond to service request and otherwise manage their subscriptions so as to mitigate the risk of them terminating their engagement with you.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We store personal data with industry-standard encryption techniques for as long as we find it necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, while also considering our need to answer your queries or resolve possible problems, to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws, to attend to any legal claims/complaints, and for safeguarding purposes. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time after your last interaction with us. When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it in a secure manner. Please read our GDPR compliance.

Marketing

We may also wish to provide you with information about special features of our service and/or provide you with related information from third parties that we think may be of interest to you. If you prefer not receive this information, please send a blank email message to support@churn360.com. If you agree to us providing you with marketing information, you can always opt-out at a later date.

Our use of cookies and other information-gathering technologies

Integration360 uses cookies to make interactions with the Company’s Web sites easy and meaningful. When you visit one of the Company’s Web sites, Integration360 (or one of our third parties service providers) servers send a cookie to your computer. Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers to your hard drive to store and sometimes track information about you. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can change your browser settings to prevent that and your help screen or manual will tell you how to do this. However, you will not be able to take full advantage of our Web sites, Software or Services if you do so.

Integration360 uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during one session. We also require you to enter a password to access your account information. Please do not disclose your Account password to unauthorized people.

However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason, we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.

Payment Processing for Churn360

All payments made in respect to our Churn360 Service will be processed by a third-party credit card processor, currently Stripe. Stripe encrypts all payment transactions. All such transactions will be governed by the Stripe privacy policy at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Access to your information and updating/correcting your information

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please send an email to support@churn360.com. We may make a small charge for this service (up to $10). We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If any of the information that you have provided to us changes, for example if you change your email address, name, or payment details, or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by sending an email to support@churn360.com. You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate.

Sale of business

If our business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

Your consent

By submitting your personal information, and by subscribing to our service, you consent to the use of the information as set out in this policy and you expressly confirm and warrant that you have notified your customers that that their data may be used by us for the purpose of providing the Churn360 service.

Compelled Disclosure

Integration360 reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, legal process or other governmental authority; provided, however, that unless prohibited by law, Integration360 will use its reasonable efforts to give you notice to enable you to seek a protective order or take other appropriate action.

Privacy and Children

Integration360 Web sites do not offer information intended to attract children. Integration360 does not knowingly solicit personal data from children under the age of 16.

Processing Data Outside of European Economic Area (EEA)

Integration360 may store, process and/or transfer personal data to countries outside of the EEA (including countries where the European Commission has not made a decision of an adequate level of protection of personal data), especially to India. Personal data can also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for the Company. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this data processing arrangement. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this procedure you should not use our Software and Services. By using Software and Services, you consent to Integration360’s transferring your information to countries outside your own and the EEA, if necessary, for the business purposes as outlined above.
