It all started when we were trying to scale up our own Customer Success team. Document360 from the Kovai.co house was scaling up fast and to keep up we needed to grow our Customer Success team quickly. We were out on the market looking at Customer Success products, but we couldn’t really find a product that was simple to use and quick to onboard to test and built specifically for SME’s. This led us to building Churn360 from the ground up. The end result – a simple and easy to use customer success product that a growing product team like Document360 can use.
